NOOK Tablet Gets CyanogenMod 9 Nighly Builds

The new NOOK with GlowLight may have been getting a lot of coverage in the media. But the NOOK Tablet is still a very popular Android tablet. It has a pretty decent processor and screen for a cheap slate. What’s nice about NOOKs is the fact that they can be hacked to run CM7 or CM9 easily. Running Android 4.0 on NOOK Tablet is possible but not a perfect experience at this point. That’s why keeping up with the latest hacks is important. The unofficial CM9 nightly builds for NOOK should help you keep up.

Developer eyeballer has set up a server to compile a new build of CM9 for the NOOK every day. These are not tested releases so there is a bit of risk involved as far as using them. GooManager is included to handle certain operation system tasks. Full instructions for CM9 nightly builds are provided on xda-developers. Make sure you only try these hacks on your NOOK Tablet. The nightly builds are risky and developed for testing purposes only.
