feedly was always going to be a freemium service. The folks behind it have quietly launched feedly Pro. It is a $5/month service that offers a bunch of new features in addition to what you get with your free feedly account. feedly Pro offers:
- Article search: you will be able to search within your feedly feeds
- HTTPS browsing: you can browse your feedly content in a more secure fashion
- Evernote sharing: perfect for those of you who would love to share your favorite articles to Evernote
- Support: it should go without saying that paid members get premium support.
The folks behind feedly are going to introduce even more features in the upcoming weeks. We will certainly test this new service when open spots are available but I am not quite sure it is worth $5 per month at this time.
