Most of us use tablets to play games, read books, and follow the news. You can do much more with your tablet though. Take the Archos ChefPad Tablet, a device designed to be used in the kitchen. This Android 4.1 tablet has a dual core 1.6 GHz processor and quad-core graphics. That should be more than enough to handle recipe apps with videos, music, and other rich content.

The ChefPad has a 9.7 inch screen with 1024 x 768 pixel resolution. It provides users with cooking content. It has a silicone case that keeps it safe from water and food splashes. The device has 2 built-in speakers, cameras, and G-sensor. You could always get a more expensive tablet and use a splash-proof case to keep it protected in the kitchen if you don’t need a dedicated tablet for cooking.
