Nexus 7 vs. iPad 3: Durability Test

The Nexus 7 and iPad 3 are pretty decent tablets. While they look tough, you could damage them easily if you drop them. There is no secret that Apple makes shiny products that don’t handle mistreatment well. SquareTrade has put together a video that shows how the iPad stacks up against the Nexus 7 when it comes to durability.

The above video shows how these tablets handled drop and other durability tests. Not surprisingly, the Nexus 7 did perform better. Of course, comparing 7 inch and 9.7 inch tablets does not sound fair. But it is not surprising to see the Nexus 7 outperform the iPad in this area. You certainly do not want to drop your tablet to find out how durable it is the hard way.
