IFTTT is one of the most useful services around these days. We may not hear a lot about it but many professionals use the service to automate certain tasks. Let’s say you want to send your photos automatically to Dropbox or save items to Instapaper. There is a good chance you can find an IFTTT recipe that does exactly what you need already. You can also make your own recipes.

IFTTT is now available for iPhone. It works for your photos, contacts, and reminders. You can send your data to the cloud and do all kinds of neat things. Plenty of recipes are already included. This is the first version of the app so new features are expected to be added in the very near future.

Do you use IFTTT? What are your favorite recipes?
