It was inevitable. We have been hearing rumors about LinkedIn being interested in purchasing Pulse News for quite some time now. The deal is now going to go through for $90m. Pulse has over 30m users and 750m publishing partners, so this deal made sense for LinkedIn and its professional user base. So what is LinkedIn planning here?
