HP TouchPad webOS 3.0.2 Released

With the rise of tablets, more e-book consumers are relying on those devices for their e-reading needs. While the majority of tablet owners have gone with the iPad, a few folks have decided to try something new by picking up HP TouchPad. HP TouchPad may be great for reading color e-books but it is limited in many ways. The software installed on it is not without its issues. HP is fixing some of the bugs with HP TouchPad webOS 3.0.2 update.

HP TouchPad webOS 3.0.2 includes calendar, web, video, and web performance enhancements. A number of security issues have been addressed (though HP does not clarify which ones). If you own a HP TouchPad, this OTA update should speed up your tablet.
