iPhone 6 Specs: 1 GB Ram, Dual-Core 1.4 GHz A8?

The iPhone 6 is going to be announced later today. We have seen all kinds of juicy iPhone 6 leaks this time around. People have even posted videos of what seems to be the next generation iPhone. Some of those folks have now run a series of benchmarking tests on the phone and released the results. The tests suggest the iPhone 6 has an ARM processor clocking at 1.38 GHz. It will have 1 GB of RAM.

This is not exactly a huge update over the previous iPhone. But Apple is going to release iPhones with larger displays. That is going to be the main selling point. What Apple releases today could always be different from what we have seen in these leaks though.
