Spending a lot of hours behind your computer every single day without taking breaks every few minutes is not healthy. It could make your eyes hurt. There are things you can do to protect your eyes though. The GUNNAR Computer Eyewear is an exciting product that reduces glare and sharpens detail. You will be able to see better. These glasses minimize eye fatigue as well.

The GUNNAR Computer Eyewear Halogen has a lightweight frame and adjustable nose pads. It is 20/20 ready but you could get prescription models too. These are not for everyone and do take some time getting used to. You should still take breaks every few minutes to give your eyes a break. But Gunnar Glasses could make your eyes feel more comfortable.
