I don’t know about you but I still carry a notebook to keep track of my ideas. Some people prefer using tablets and smartphones to do this. But I prefer regular notebooks. The problem with that is one could always lose a notebook. Digitizing your notebooks is must do if you want to avoid losing your ideas. The Doxie Flip can help. It is a cordless flatbed photo & notebook scanner with a removable lid. You can scan your photos, creative ideas, and pocket notebooks with it. The lightweight and portable design makes this even more useful.

The Doxie Flip comes with Doxie software that lets you organize your scans and save digital copies to your desktop. You can even scan directly to the iPad if you have a SD card reader for it. This portable scanner sets you back under $149 at this time.
