Amazon Offers In-App Purchase API For Mac, PC, and Web Apps

Amazon has not been shy about going after other top app stores such as the iOS App Store. The company has already built a decent store for Android apps. It has been offering in-app purchasing to Android developers for a while. The company has announced that it is expanding its In-App Purchase program to include Mac, PC, and Web-based games.

For years, Amazon has focused on making the online shopping experience as frictionless as possible, and we are excited to share this expertise and technology so that game developers can offer customers this same great experience.
