Kindle For PC Available For Download

If you have been itching to get your hands on Kindle for PC, the wait is finally over. You can now download the Kindle software to your PC, regardless of the version of Windows you are running (assuming you are not running Windows 98). Once you install the software, all you have to do is provide it with your account e-mail and password and you are all set.

Once you have done that, your account is automatically synced, so you can start reading your purchased books online easily. It’s certainly convenient not having to do much.

The download process takes about 10 seconds, depending on the size of your e-book. The software did fail once on me as it wasn’t able to download one of my books, but it has worked smoothly since. The interface is simple and easy to work with, and the books show up as you expect them to. All in all, a great piece of software to enjoy your Kindle books on your PC. Now let’s hope Amazon releases the Mac edition soon.
