Samsung / B&N Nook To Debut on August 20

I don’t know about you, but I have not been excited about NOOKs for a long time. Many experts thought that the NOOK family was on its way out. But Samsung and B&N are expected to announce a new NOOK tablet on August 20. The tablet will be called the Galaxy Tab 4 Nook. It will have a 7-inch screen and will run a modified version of Android.
I am not sure how one can be excited about such a tablet. There are simply too many options available on the market. The NOOK operating system (modified Android) is not exciting enough to make me want to consider this device. Nevertheless, if you are a fan of B&N and Samsung, this will serve as a tablet for reading and media consumption.
