Google Introduces Keep for Google Drive

google keep

Google seems to have no place for Google Reader. But it does have yet another idea to get users to start relying more on Google Drive. Keep lets you save things to the cloud. It is designed to go after services such as Evernote. You can manage your priorities and access your content on mobile devices easily.

Google Keep is available on Google Play for devices running Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich and above. You can also access it online. But here is the problem: why would anyone with a sane mind want to rely on Google for all their needs? This is the same company that is going to kill Google Reader, even though the site is still being used by a remarkable number of folks. Google Keep looks exciting but I won’t be using it anytime soon.
