Flipboard for iOS Updated with SMS Sharing, New Profiles

In case you have not noticed, Google Reader is dying soon. If you rely on RSS feeds to keep up with your favorite topics, you may want to rely on tools such as Flipboard after Google Reader dies. The good news is this popular app gets update on a regular basis. The latest update has new profile pages that show your readership and curation activities.

Flipboard now supports sharing magazines and stories via SMS text messaging. You can easily see magazines by your friends. Flipboard also offers improved navigation for Google Reader RSS folders (too bad that the service is going away in a few weeks). Saving images directly to your device is now easy too. Flipboard 2.0.2 is now available for download from the App Store.
