Amazon Hollywood Tablet To Get Movie Streaming

The fact that Amazon is working on Android tablets is one of the worst kept secrets in the tech world. Amazon has slowly but surely put in place all the pieces of the puzzle to make its upcoming tablets competitive against iPads and XOOMs of this world. As multiple sources have reported, Amazon will offer movie streaming on its upcoming tablets.

Researchers at Detwiler Fenton claim that Amazon will offer movie streaming to early adopters for free. Just like Apple, Amazon will offer deep integration of its cloud services on its Android tablets. Buyers will be able to use these devices as their e-readers. But Coyote and Hollywood tablets won’t have an E-ink screen.

The release dates for Coyote and Hollywood are not known at this point. But they are both expected to be released just in time for the holiday shopping season.
