@tomlinton: Count me in too. I will be getting the 2nd edition as well. I just canceled my Amazon Prime because there is really no need for express shipping anymore. You can’t get more express than 30 sec Kindle delivery, can you?

I think the history of the company itself tells a tale. In a time when companies feel pressured to make every single quarter profitable, how many *years* was it before Amazon turned their first profit?

This is a company that understands how to make a long-term investment and to build a market.
