Can’t wait to install Android 4.0 on your Kindle Fire? It is going to take some time to get Android 4.0 to run on this tablet without any issues. The good news is developer JackpotClavin has released a new version of the CyanogenMod 9 mod for the Kindle Fire that brings audio support to it. The previous version of this hack did have some audio issues.
This release is not perfect either. It still has some video playback issues. But it is a good step in the right direction. You do want to be careful when installing Android ICS on your Kindle Fire as you wouldn’t want to brick your tablet. The instructions provided by liliputing should help.
